The air network shows the domestic airlines, that is, the carriage of passengers or goods according to a planned schedule. Other flights include taxiplanes, private planes, training aircraft, agricultural planes, air photography, advertising, forest fire surveillance etc.

Air passengers in 1999
The number of passengers at Swedish airports in 1999 was 23 million, an increase of 6% compared with 1998. Traffic is intensest in June and September. On average there were 61.9 passengers on an international flight and 41.7 passengers on a domestic flight.
